How long have you been in business?
I was involved in travel for over 25 years before starting my own business and specializing our services in 2001.
What is your primary product or service?
Although we specialize in cruises, we also sell resorts, tours, and trains worldwide. We also sell river cruises (both in the U.S. and worldwide), which is a fast-growing segment in the industry.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As I mentioned earlier, I was involved in travel for over 25 years before starting my own business in 2001. My wife worked for a large national travel agency for many years. We've been on 47 cruises on 11 different cruise lines to many parts of the world, plus we've been on river cruises and have traveled quite extensively in Europe, especially by train, so our knowledge and experiences can be invaluable to you when planning a vacation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Basically, the cruise lines now require everybody to sell the same cruise for the same price. So, it all comes down to who can provide the best service to their clients. And, quite frankly, we feel no one can beat our service. We treat our clients the way we would like to treated if the roles were reversed. We have no fees, we get paid by the cruise lines. So it makes sense to utilize our expert services for free to insure you get the best vacation at the best rate while having us available to answer all your questions and help you through the myriad of options. But you should never book directly with the cruise line because if you have any problems, who do you think they represent? And you should also not book with these large online sites because their people work in a call center, are not certified travel agents, and have never even been on a cruise, so their job is to sell, not to assist you, and their knowledge about cruising and the ports of call is non-existent. You always want to book with an agent that cares about you - after all, they want your business, not just your money.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We work out of our home, so we don't have all the expenses of a store-front and can therefore spend as much time with our clients as they need. We're never in a hurry and never make our clients feel like they are imposing on us.

Pete & Nancy Peterson are the owners and are always available to our clients whenever they need us. (Pete is a Vietnam Veteran, so the company is Veteran owned and operated.)

9:00am - 1:00am 7-days a week!
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
One client remarked after their cruise that, "...there were no surprises." He said we had provided all the information a first-time cruiser needed and they were very well-informed. Another client remarked that we had saved him over $1800 because we had gotten him a special even after he had paid in full. Our clients appreciate the hard work and effort we put into conducting our business and as one client said, "You make us feel like part of your family."
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
My favorite quote is one I actually wrote, "You will always find what you're looking for, so why not look for the best in everything." In other words, if you want to be miserable, you can find negative with everything. If you want to enjoy life, then look at the bright side and don't let the little bumps in the road ruin your trip.
